rigger
Great come back from the T man after being away for 2 years from the competitive stage. Another trophy or two to add to the collection. Top effort.

poos_n_wees
Enjoyed this comp, and was great to see Tony and Eleanor bring home the overall titles! Not many females competed, but there were alot of males.. the PNG guys were particularly impressive! Didn't take any pics from the show (damnit!!) but will hopefully get copies from some ppl who were sitting closer to the stage soon. The medals/placings were a bit weird - If there were only 1 or 2 athletes in a class, only 1 medal was awarded. With the bigger classes, only 1 medal was awarded per country (ie. If a Samoan athlete placed 1st and another Samoan athlete placed 3rd, the highest placed Samoan athlete gets the medal, while the other misses out. So the 4th placed athlete got the medal.. as long as they were from a different country) :x Weird.Athletes_list_and_results_Bodybuilding_South_Pacific_Games_30th_and_31st_August_2007.doc
Pseudonym
Charter states one athlete per category per country, so lower placed Samoan athlete unable to receive medalYeah, I see what you mean. I guess they do it to "spread the joy" between different countries, but it does seem a bit rough if you're the athlete who's worked your butt off, then have to give your medal to someone worse than you because you've been unlucky enough to have a fellow countryman place higher up... :?
