Am I getting ripped off?

So I am 30 years old, returned to NZ and haven't done a cycle before. I did a fair bit of homework and found a good international source, but whether that gets into the country or not is another story, time will tell. 

 

So as an alternative measure, I asked a dude at my gym who is clearly on gear. He gave me his own prices, but they just seem a bit OTT, $190 for a 10ml Test E 250mg for reference. Is this normal in NZ? Will probably wait a couple more years until I head back overseas to do it if that's the case. Just thought I'd ask anyway.

Overpriced IMO, cheaper in England 15-22 pounds per 10ml..
