Any of you ladies competed or thinking of competiting in figure. How am I going to get my abs back it's like they have forgotton how to flex?

Also how much muscle do you need to have for this class?

I'm not too familiar with figure, but if any of us waited until we had "enough" muscle to compete, we'd never make it on stage lol. I'm thinking the class that'd suit you would also depend on your body type and how lean you are I suppose.. headscratch.gif

With regards to the abs, you could practice flexing and relaxing them throughout your ab exercises so you can *feel* the difference when flexed if that makes any sense.
