Female bod sculpting diet,please help

HI all. A lady in the gym just asked me about dieting for a comp which she wants to do in about a year's time. She weighs about 70kg and is quite muscular. She doesnt want to loose size though so I have recomended a slightly higher protein intake and lower carb. But what kind of caloric intake should she be looking at? As a male myself I can usually eat quite large quantities of food.

Any advice would be great
