Melbot Posted August 20, 2007 Report Share Posted August 20, 2007 HI all. A lady in the gym just asked me about dieting for a comp which she wants to do in about a year's time. She weighs about 70kg and is quite muscular. She doesnt want to loose size though so I have recomended a slightly higher protein intake and lower carb. But what kind of caloric intake should she be looking at? poos_n_wees Posted August 21, 2007 Report Share Posted August 21, 2007 Hey Melbot, do you or she know how many calories she's eating right now? Is she currently gaining/maintaining/losing weight?
