In need of help!

Hey i was just wandering if any one out there can help me with loseing that extra bit of fat around the bottom part of the guts and the good old love handles. I have gone from 130kgs to 83kgs by running my arse off. These are the only parts that i havnt been able to lose. I have the top 4 abbs but the bottom part and my wee love handles kill it. Im wandering is there any exercises that are best for getting rid of this and what cardio is ideal as i found with all the running i was doing my weight just kept dropping and dropping.
