Yes I to will be there. Hoping to make my debut at the Manawatu show in 2008. I'm also sponsoring a class and have organised prize packs through EAS for the winners (well some of the winners).

Good to see you getting involved and helping out there I_Lift without people like you these events wouldn’t halve as good as they are :salute:

I agree with you 100%, Andrew. As an event organiser I know how vital sponsors are to any event, and not just the $$$ or prizes they provide.

Good stuff, I_Lift - if you're ever interested in being involved with an NZFBB event (my next event is the North Island champs in Masterton next month), drop me an email.

Had a look at the Nabba site - 11 competitors!! in the Manawatu Champs and the same for the Pro-Am! What a shocker! Judges better start sorting something out!!

Anyhow, Annette Gallagher - awesome as per usual. Good to see Mark Anderson back on stage after a long hiatus!! Looking bigger and better than ever. However, had to question the overall athletic for the Pro-Am - so sure that Tom was a shoe in!

Anyway that's my bleet for the evening!!

Have a good night everyone

Sure there was only 11 competing at the Pro-Am, but every one of them was in great nick. In fact I would say those 11 were among the best in the country in any fedaration. You'd struggle to find a better bodybuilder than Mark Anderson anywhere in NZ. What a beast! Serious condition with awesome hams and glutes. You don't see those in every competition you go to.

The athletic was the closest run class easily. Must have been a tough call for the judges!

Tom and Richard both had the ripped glutes when they hit the poses properly. Mark Anderson who won the physique class has them 24/7 apparently. The tie ins between his hammies and glutes were awesome.

The main reason you don't see ripped/striated glutes like that here is because you have to be in absolute awesome condition to gte them. Seems there aren't that many here who can do it.

Andrew, don't be too hard on yourself mate! I wouldn't exactly call you fat!

Both Tom and Richard are really at the top of their games, and it will be a great battle at the Nationals between them and whoever can get into that sort of shape. They really have set a high standard!
