I figured to keep myself on track, I should be keeping a constant journal of my eating and exercise. What better way to do it, by posting it up on a site for the world to see :lol: My ultimate goal is to become a body sculpter hehe, never said that out loud so sounds a bit funny. Wouldn't have a clue where to start, but there has be somewhere huh? Anyway, here goes:

Stats:

Sex: Female

Age: 28

Height: 1.66mtrs

Starting Weight: 87kg ( :shock: !!)

Not sure on BF, but will post up when I find out!

DAY 1

Woke up: 6.30am

Exercise Start: 6.35am

Workout:

2 x sets 50 crunches

1 x set 20 push ups (on knees)

2 x sets 50 pelvic thrusts (lack of better word)

Meal 1: 8.00am

1/2 Cup Cornflakes w 1/2 Sliced Banana & 1/2 Cup Lite Milk

1 piece white toast

1 tsp butter

Meal 2: 10.00am

1/2 Cup Strawberry Yoghurt

Meal 3: 12.00pm

1/2 185g Tin Tuna w salad & 1 tsp ranch dressing

1 Mandarin

Meal 4: 2.00pm

1 Apple

Meal 5: 4.00pm

12 Mini Sesameal Crackers (dry)

Meal 6: 6.00pm

1 Chicken Thigh Baked (no skin) w large salad & 1 tsp ranch dressing

Palm size Cooked Corn Kernals

Water all day!!

Due to time restrictions, can only workout during lunch, but couldn't today as had parent interviews. Tomorrow's plan, get to the gym and do a hard workout!!
