Im talking about strictly for the nootropic benefits like a small amount. I have heard good things about it but not to sure if its banned here????

Unsure about its ability to pass the blood brain barrier in significant amounts to have therapeutic effect...

It is seen as precursor to GHB via Sandmayer reaction... Hence illegality..
