All gains so far this week. Even squated 30kg for 20. I couldn't have done that 4 weeks ago. Discovered Sumo squats. *straining face*

The best part is the sore spot I have in my lower back which feels like it needs a good cracking is going away. All this getting in shape is holding my skeleton in place. lol

Just started a new programme. It's hard. lol Focusing more on strength than weightloss now. It's got lots of stuff I have not done before like Dips. :shock: I'm so weak! lol

It's good starting something new aye, keep it interesting. Strength is good :D

Squated 3 x 40kg x 5 today. happy with that. Acutally it was pretty easy. The only weak spot was my wrists. Must remember to take wrist wraps again.

More weight more weight :wink: :grin:

Getting stronger.

Can actually do dips now, carrying own body weight. Ok, so only 4 MAX, but still.....

Nice work chick, gotta start somewhere aye :nod:

Getting frustrated with not losing weight and size.

Remember good things take time, as long as you're sticking to you're exercise regime along with good clean eating you'll get results yup yup and like you said you're getting stronger so that's all good :clap: :nod: :D

I feel like I can't get back on track from Christmas. I have also started back at work so that means 30 hours of sitting on my butt and only 3 days at the gym. That makes it harder to get rid of the last 2kg which I decided really needs to be 4kgs to go. And everything is getting wobbly again. Damn it!!

It's not the training (although only having 3 sessions per week is not that great). It's the eating. Far too much junk and alcohol, and eating in the evenings. I get tired of thinking about food. I wish someone would just tell me what to eat, and better yet, make it for me. That would be wonderful.

On a positive note I can do 30 press ups. lol

Wobbly, we can fix.... but you've doubtless heard Generic speech #7 about how it's not the kilos, it's the centimetres... how are the 'test pants' or top?

Anyhow, you already have a proven diet, read back a page or so :) as for the chef, if there were a "cook in a can", can you tell me where to get one...my George Foreman grill's got DOMS of its own at the mo, and if I see another piece of chook I'll start crowing :pfft:

Clothes are fine. It's the office chair butt wobble that bothers me. Not that I am sure anyone but me has noticed.

My George Foreman grill is so grilled out that the non stick is now sticky.

Like DRWK says, focus on some small battles. If you can do 30 press-ups, what about working on lunges to help ze evil glutes.... 30 per side oughta do it :)
