Hi everyone!! I'm an ex-couch-potato who's recently discovered the joys of weight training.

I turned the BIG 3-0 in June and I've had a desk job for the last 3 years. That plus the fact that I didn't exercise meant I was getting a little... um...squishy :pfft: I decided it was high time I got my sh*t together and did something about it.

I'm really looking forward to meeting you all and learning as much as I can. :D:D:lol:
