Test e cut or bulk

Is this something you've actually found from experience or are you just regurgitating some shit you read online on the first page of results from a Google search? Are you going to next post something about tren being 5x as potent as test? Just curious, as I found you can get reasonably lean quite fast on test if you eat f*ck all.

In all honesty I guess my first comment was a bit off the cusp. I personally use it to bulk. And I throw something else in when cutting. Everyone is different and I find by its self it's not overly fantastic  for me to lose BF.

Diet for cutting, hormones for bulking.. Hormones for holding onto (some) muscle mass pre-comp..

If it's your first cycle (I'd fucking hope so) then you should be bulking. The whole point of using gear is to put on muscle or in some cases to keep it when cutting. In the latter case you'd want to already actually have put on a significant amount of muscle with gear prior. If you just want to get lean and don't care about muscle then it's not worth using gear.

 

If you're a fat c*nt currently then get your body fat down to 10-12% before you start.

 

If you want to be lean at the end of your cycle then keep your body fat under 15% and run your cycle out for an extra few weeks where you switch to an energy deficit diet which still has adequate protein. That's what I'd do anyway if i wanted to maximise muscle gain and be lean at the end of a cycle.
