Everything felt really good today bw is nioce and joicey sitting around 97/98kg. Tried mixed grip today as hook grip just isint feeling secure enough. felt pretty good. The smoothest and best atm is my squat. the 190 felt like nothing. These are all approx openers. Goals for next week are 210 squat, 140 bench and 240 pull. I want to try and total 580.

Done. Rest up till comp on sat now. 180 moved very well which should be last warm up. Not really sure on bench, will be 127.5 im thinking. i hit it with a long ass pause tonight and it moved pretty good

Just finished comp.

Was a small ass comp only about 6/7 guys lifting. was real fun and considering it was upanz first 3 lift in dunedin its something to build on.

My day went as follows

Squat

#1 190 GOOD

#2 200 GOOD

#3 205 GOOD, 5kg comp pb

Bench

#1 127.5 good

#2 132.5 good comp pb

#3 137.5 miss, Miss-grooved

Dead

#1 220 good

#2 232.5 good

#3 240 good comp pb grinder

 

Totaled 577.5 @about 97.5. 354.5wilks

First time going over 350 wilks. really happy, went 8/9 only missing last bench. made smart attempts,   and my last 240 deadlift earned me the grind of the day, it was not easy, but i kept it moving

Good volume and some decent weight tonight. Felt good. Still feeling strong after taking a deload

Conditioning felt a bit fkd tonight. Building back into things  this week. Need to change my deadlift spot in shed as the floor kept wind milling the bar on me. Deads weren't the prettiest bUT got done

Possibly hitched/ramped a bit which I don't tend to do off the floor only elevated pulls. Came up ok. I've only ever done this off a double block. And that was a hell of a grind.

Cooked after this session. more reps than i normally do in the shirt. ive done 160 for two before with a handout, unracking it myself was brutal. was shaking like f*ck. good old safetys saved my nose tonight lol
