Sick of these issues with my hands, 230x2 is better than last prep. I may just go with mixed grip for heavy stuff. cant afford to drop anymore pulls.

Volume PB on bench, feeling strong atm. went for three reps on the last set, it was def there on the second and probably first set, felt as though i missed out on the second. thats why i went for it on the last set. most ive done was a scetchy double at 130 only for one set, so real happy. 

Isometric deads are new and strange. i like them more than paused deads. they are exhausting AF. core activation was intense.

Agree. I used to be opposed to using straps but that's bullshit and changed to straps abd my grip strength never let me down up to 330kg with the vast majority of my training lifts being with straps. Get some of those white leather eleiko(?) ones. They're best I used.

I usually do. It's just quite a long learning curve for hook grip. For me at least. It's no good for anything over a single too that's when I ripped it this time. Doing a double lol. I know it can work tho I've held 240 with it

Pretty happy. starting with bar out almost at toes on deadlift. seems to work well as i dont have to come up and around my knees just up and back.

Hope so bro.  This has been my best meet prep. I think not worrying about cutting has been a huge factor. I think mentally it drains you when you have a cut. I just got to put it together on the day. Chasing down 1300lbs

Dialing in rough second attempts tonight, will probably be a little more on bench. all the squat reps were fast and 200 feels like a solid second. feels good. 130 on bench was easy with a good solid pause. will deadlift tomorrow
