I'm a newbie to this forum.

I've recently taken an interest in bodybuilding. Its something i've been wanting to do and am so impressed and can only think highly of ppl tht have the motivation & determination to do it. So.. I'm keen to learn more about it and possibly compete in one in the near future.

25 year old Female

5ft4in tall

53kgs in weight

Any suggestions as to where I can start? Please help..

Welcome and good luck with your training goals. We're all here to help or point in the right direction wherever we can. This site is a great place to find info and the net has heaps of other resources. There are links on this website etc. For more specific nutrition and comp prepping you might have to see a professional. Depends on how serious you wanna be.
