Weight and performance.

So, losing BF  weight generally means you can't lift as much, yea?
But do you actually lose muscle strength or is it just a leverage type of thing that fat provides?

You THINK you are losing muscle BUT in actual fact that's not the case?

Being on the lean side of things increases testosterone, so it got me wondering. Your body is not impressed or doesn't know how much your lifting it only knows the tension you put in it.
