Im not fat skinny.

 

Im not very lean / decent amount of muscle.

 

See, if you just said maybe dont have milo since it has too much sugar (which I didnt read the label so didnt realise) then I would have accepted the advice and not arguing.

 

But you made it seem like you had an issue with me simply putting milo in my milk (didnt mention it was due to high sugar) so I assumed you were making a big deal out of something unnessary, since putting milo in milk is normal for most people to do.

Well not obese no.

 

Not fat enough to notice that im fat unless I take my shirt off etc.

 

And even when I do I can just suck it in a bit and look like im average bf%

 

But very fat by bodybuilding standards

 

But also irrelevant since not even bodybuilder.

NO!  fat percentage is very relevant , what about your internal organs, how do you track your gains or fat loss , your performance in the gym etc.?

 

Clearly you train, or attempt to consistently train in order to better yourself and make a better you more apparent in a visual context- as we all do.

If you are under the impression eating poorly and doing no cardio- but strength training/hypertrophy training  will amount to anything other than a bulkier version of yourself - you're a bit deluded.

 

Honestly, just be open to accepting you arent where you need to be right now - take all the advice and learn. 

 

The more you attempt to contradict everyone here with your f*ck off retorts or your I can justify eating PBJ sandwiches coz the BRAH's on BB.COM told me to , the more flames will be thrown at you because you appear to be an ASKHOLE with limited knowledge who is too proud to say f*ck it, I need to change, please help me .......not everything is for everyone, be like water as Bruce Lee says and also absorb what works and discard what doesnt .

Well compared to everyone else on here, yes I am very skinny.

 

But in real life, where 90% of people dont lift or arent around other people that lift, I am considered to be 'big' and since I dont walk around with a shirt off, 'lean' (when taking into account our 60% obeseity rate.

 

The last time people described my physique as 'skinny' was around year 10-11, (started lifting in yr 11).

Then around the end of year 11 and for a good portion of year 12 I lifted very seriously, and ate a large quantity of protein and calories, and after the yr 12 holidays, could not button my suit blazer and had to get a new one (went from size 95 to 105 or 110 or some shit or something that year.

 

When I returned to school in yr 12, everyone was like wtf f*ck your so huge gyzz etc..

 

But I never considered myself to be big, because compared to people who were bodybuilders etc I am small.

 

But people that didnt lift were like shit you got so big gyzz!!

 

But in yr 13 depression and stopped eating any food and starved etc.

 

Now lazy and sad at how low I have stooped.

Have you done a survey to quantify your findings that 90% of the general population doesnt lift?

 

Jesus what school did you go to? I went to school as far as year 10 ( yes , Im dumb  )  and there were Tongans with beards who had abs who were 120kg - I was 85 kg then and I was monstered next to them- so you must have gone to a school in a town where people suffered from growth hormone deficiency :)

 

Now, let me get this straight, you consumed masses of food, I presume at the expense of your family, now on your own and on 400 or so a month you cant do the same when you live at school and power, water etc is all supplied .........................Im soooooo confused as to why you cant do this ...

Yes, I too had large tongan friends etc.

 

The general consensus was that these people were supposed to be big, so nobody batted an eye when they were.

But when a 55kg person like me gets to 88kgs, that bats a few looks eh?
