HarryB actually has a point, sometimes I actually do write dumb shit out of being bored.

 

But I actually know a decent amount of stuff irl, though I will not claim to know more than people who are experts in what they do or people who actually have solid experience in what they are talking about.

 

Acting like a dumb c*nt on here has resulted in people taking the piss in most replies to me and come back to bite me in the ass since I dont get the benefit of learning serious things, nor do the people reading what gets replied to me.

 

If I hadnt talked out of my ass on every 2nd post, I wouldnt get replies like the one georg just made, i.e when I just said that my protein sources come from a moderate meat intake, milk, eggs, whey, and a small portion from gluten or other vege sources (which arent ideal, but the sources I listed are 90% animal products), and anybody who said they ate those food groups as their main protein sources (meat, dairy, eggs) wouldnt even get a second glance from a nutritionist or just someone with experience in lifting.

Yet somehow that gets looked over by her and I still get a negative response about what I eat for protein.

 

And according to harryB, claiming to eat atleast 200g protein a day from a combination of meat, milk, eggs, and whey is saying something "contensious" to get a response from people??

 

Honestly blame only myself for these comments, acting like a retard on a good forum will attract retarded comments.

WHAT I ATE TODAY.

 

Breakfast at 7am

1 1/2 Cup dry oats as a porrige with 4tbs milo

 

Come back from lectures

5 boiled eggs with 2 slices of toast with butter

 

Go to dining hall (lunch)

1 Plate of fried rice with maybe 100g chicken probably less. Who fucking cares, thats 20g out of the 200g I need, half of which I already have.

 

700 ML yellow top milk, 1 scoop whey and fucking milo. Had this twice in the day cbf saying when or writing it out twice.

 

Dining hall dinner at 5:30 pm. Pasta.

 

Felt hungry at around 10 AM, had 1 packet noodles.

"ooh gyzz, that will make you fat, its not real carbs or a good protein source"... sod off c*nt, like f*ck you didnt eat a fucking packet of noodles at uni when you were 18 if you got hungry.

 

12pm, had 4 slices bread with peanut butter and jam

 

Yeah there are a few things I could add in there, bit more carbs, or maybe not eat, but dont be a pretentious c*nt and think this isnt a decent enough effort or a good starting point for someone my age.

Looks alright br0 but maybe swap out the noodles and jam for some decent carbs and add in a protein source and double the amounts of everything else and then you'll have good starting point.

 

Perhaps instead of noodles buy a 1kg block of edam cheese and have some slices of that when you get the munchies. Filling and high in protein. I haven't eaten instant noodles ever in my life apart from one time I pretended to make and eat some as a joke.  That's type of foods people on benefits eat.

Also I realize you know a fair bit about training and nutrition and you're not an idiot which makes the things you say so much more transparently cries for attention. post your diet if you want

 

no more hypothetical ifs/whatifs, post about the shit that this forum is about. once you've done that for 3 months you can start posting about other shit. if people question what you're doing dont argue, 99.9% of people on here that reply know more than you, so take advice respectfully as you don't really deserve it the way you've carried on.

 

if you go gym every day and eat well and post about it in your journal, thatll be good, sooner the better, otherwise f*ck off

Went to gym

 

Decided to have common sense, since I cant do decent reps / volume on the bench with 60, I sucked it up and did instead with 50. 5 sets, 5 reps, everything paused. Adding 2.5 kg every session will get me to benching 90, 100 etc faster than 60kg x 2 etc.

 

Single arm hammerstrength rows, 35kg each side, 10 reps 3 sets

 

Incline dumbell press

Started with 16kg, did 2 reps then was thankful it was still too light and I handnt stooped that low.

 

Did 22kg incline press for 4 x 5, fast reps no grindrs, these felt heavy at the time and it felt good, oh so good to feel somthing heavy in my hands again, lifting it etc. Will go to gym lots now because of this.

 

Compare to the time I was doing 36kg for 3 x 5 one time.

 

Girl next to me repping 20s though which was sad.

 

Then did bicep curls, tricep pushdown superset for 3 x 12

Ok law is going good, just lots of reading but is fun and I like.

 

FINQ102 is the first year paper for my major, and is S1 only and so I will have to repeat it next year.

It is a maths paper with no applications to finance or commerce really, just 95% of the content is like maths / calculus concepts and is quite hard.

I find the concepts really fun and interesting, but I am 40 lectures behind in workload and also my learning curve is shit since I didnt even do basic calculus or algebra.

 

BSNS (QUANT) 102 is literally cancer, the labs on leith and the assignments and everything about it is so shit and gay that most people just walk out of lectures sometimes. Unfortunatley, I walked out but never walked back in, so I dont even have notes from lecture 1 written down, didnt do the midterm exam, or assignments.

 

BSNS 107 is accounting, and I failed the midterm exam, but will try get atleast 80% in the final to get 60% overall grade, which if I do will let me do 200 level FINC papers since 107, 108, 102 are needed.

I was same for some papers in my last 2 years uni. Some only studied for 2 hours before the exam doing tutorial questions (didn't go after first month to tutorials) and missed most of lectures. Assignments in most of my papers helped me as pretty much had to learn or semi learn some of the material to do them. I would have done a lot better and not been so worried for exams though if I'd started studying at this time of year. Not night before or same day.

 

In first year I did all that shit..lectures, tutorials, labs, assignments etc and study at least couple days before each exam and got first in year group and $1000 prize so it definitely shows. Was also relaxed going into exams not worrying I'd have to repeat shit.

 

Don't procrastinate and put that shit off just coz there's time later because if you're like me you'll push it too far and leave too many things too late and if you actually give shit about it (I think you do) then will make your life less enjoyable for long time and start f*ck with other stuff outside of uni too.

I could learn about psychology like this if you think it would benefit me, but explain that further, like what usefulness would this have for me?

 

Theres a reason psychology is listed in most unis as a BA subject rather than a BSc.
