Your diet today was terrible

How so? That was Breakfast. Also compared to eating nothing...

Anyway, got back from tutorial, and im eating 3 servings of oats again with some cinnamon and 1 scoop of vanilla whey, and a cup of green tea with creatine in it. Watching a movie.

This is around 600 calories

Why do you have green tea with creatine in it?

Creatine disolves better in hot water  So can chuck it in any coffee, tea etc

Why is it the tiny irrelevant details of what I write that are the ones that are questioned / interroragated...

Caffeine interferes with creatine in the way you interfere with your vacuum... added to drinks with caffeine is a waste.

Piss. There is only one study, posted by daz here a while back, showing that caffeine used as a pre workout (so obviously 200 - 400mg decreases the effectivness of creatine slightly, During the workout.

50mg of caffeine in a beverage will not interere with the creatine in any way, especially considering I have around a gram daily.

Either way who fucking cares.

Why do you even post in here ? For attention ?

comparing to where you were at a year ago and the year before that, at least from what you write it sounds like there is progress.

too embarrassed to say how old i was but you beat me by a fair margin lol. keep it up.

ps. as usual im full of broscience no articles to back it up. doesn't creatine turn in to creatinine under high temperatures such as in hot coffee?

I think the very first studies they ever did on creatine involved dissolving it in the subjects' coffee. And that was still effective enough to show creatine was worth taking. So no... caffeine and high temperatures shouldn't cause any issues.

Whole heap of myths and arguments out there about creatine. I don't bother with them. I Just keep it simple - use a monohydrate and have it in water or cordial.

With the the amount of caffeine you take id be more worried about what it's doing to you than the creatine.

There was a single study showing caffeine counteracts creatine (on a leg press max contraction) but other studies on performance (such as sprints, cycling etc.)  show no difference between creatine vs. creatine+ caffeine.

Caffeine + creatine has even shown additive effects on anaerobic performance (like HIIT). Pretty much every pre-workout contains caffeine + some form of creatine.

If you want to boost creatine's effects just combine it with baking soda

Creatine has crap stability in solutions (which is why there are no RTD creatine products) rather than being unstable to high temps  :-)

Hammer strength rows, curls, butterfly machine, lat pulldown mostly all 8 x 4

Does the Ritalin stop you eating enough to make any real gains?

Yes it does, which is why I take much less now, and only have it after ive alreadly eaten a large meal.

Only have it a few times a week now, like on nights out or when very tired and need lots of energy.
