The difference between you and I is that the utter shit I talk on here is a real image. Yours is a virtual image. Real images are those where light actually converges, whereas virtual images are locations from where light appears to have converged. Real images occur when objects are placed outside the focal length of a converging lens or outside the focal length of a converging mirror. Have a think about it as you look into the concave side or your spoon as you eat your breakfast.

Major life acomplishment

 

I kissed girl milf on saturday etc. :-D

 

Never thought it would ever happen to someone like me ever and I would never get laid etc but feel anything is possible now.

 

Had many substance, got dropped off back home on sunday morning.

 

Sat on chair drinking water etc for hangover till 7 pm, went to sleep, didnt eat etc.

 

Woke up at 2 pm today, made 1 cup of rice dry volume, mixed with sliced omlette of 4 eggs and also a pack of crushed up noodles stirred in, probably more than 1500 calories.

 

might go gym around 4 pm if can be fucked. (and now I know the latter is acomplishable)

Went to the gym yesterday.

 

Did bench press

40 x 10 x 2 lol

50 x 5 x 5 lol

 

Dumbell Rows

26 for 3 x 10

 

EZ bar curls

 

Close grip bench

 

etc.

 

Ate normal quantity of foods these past few days.

 

Just awoke, might make omlette and also bread and oats.

Typing at 4 am

 

Saw dolans instagram post about setting goals and writing shit down, decided to give it a try, since if I can't sleep etc, its because of anxiety / stress, which is really just a bunch of negative thoughts which never f*ck off, thats what anxiety is. So what a better way to observe than to actually write these thoughts down. Previously, I wrote days events / thoughts in journal post mortem, but decided to just write shit till fell asleep etc. Started off with writing list of things I would do tomorrow (really 3 hrs from now) and ended up with a bunch of other shit. I have so much more I wanted to write about, but feel sleepy now, so will definitely keep doing this daily.

 

Not writing useless emo shit anymore, rather it will be stuff that I can use to keep track, make improvements from, find weaknesses etc then fucking improve.

 

The fear of being a sorry fucking mess at the age of 26 etc instead of being able to sort shit out in next few weeks has me actually motivated.

 

Also, to keep it sincere etc, I will write my thoughts as they happen and post pictures here later instead of doing it on here.

 

Will go gym tomorrow also.

 

Found a way to make me sleep faster, just a lone cigarette / coffee right before bed. Been doing this for a few weeks, not today which is why still awake. Now that good sleep inducing routine has been found, next step is to do sooner, like 10 pm etc instead of 3 am to be able to get more sleep. Melatonin is useless and obsolete compared to this routine.

Had a fairly good sleep last night, stepped outside around 12 PM in a light bit of rain and cool breeze, the start of a dunedin spring. Lit up a fat port royal rum & wine that I rolled, and listened to a few songs of Black Veil Brides, and sipped on a warm coffee. Went back inside, and the headspin of the tobacco put me to sleep in ten minutes. Took 1mg melatonin as well a few hrs before too.

 

Been doing this routine for a few weeks now, generally helps with helping me sleep. The key is to lie down and close eyes while still feeling the head rush, so must be done immediatley before sleep.

 

Woke up at around 7, feeling well rested for once. Thought cbf and went back to sleep till around 12 AM.

 

Diet today:

 

Breakfast (took 1 hr to finish)

 

6 slices of toast

5 egg omblet

coffee

300 ml juice that stole from flatmate that is pussy and wont confront

1 cup oats dry volume

660ml double brown

 

Calories = 1370 cbf macros since its behind a paywall on MFP.

 

Will go gym in an hour or so, to train chest and back

 

Mates 21st tommorow, pretty keen.

Thats a well designed pencil case bro. I like how you can see through it to see the stationary your mum has bought you, in case you forget what you've got, without actually having to open it up which causes unnecessary wear on the zipper and wastes valuable time. My gf has a setup for her turtles which uses the same principle. They are kept in a watertight transparent cage which enables them to be viewed without having to remove them from the enclosure as well as keeping them contained, just like your stationary.  I remember having a pencil case and a glue stick too when i was about 7 or 8.

Yeah well mum bought it for me when I was much younger, had it for several years.

 

Only talked to mum for a few days this year, when I went back to auckland for mid terms.

 

Never text her back or call her, or my parents, which I blocked on cellphone.

 

Purchased gluestick myself.

 

So not pussy.

I do, in person when I visit.

 

I talk to my baby cousin reguarly though, and text as well. She just turned 6 a few weeks ago, and I actually love her etc / have a meaningful reason to talk to her, and so I do.

 

Just got back from gym, did chest and back.

NOT to bring up useless shit, like having to justify who I call and talk to etc. If you dont want me to talk about useless shit like that, then dont MENTION IT in this thread. If you are the one prompting me to talk about irrelevant shit like this, then you have no right to call me full of crap just because you dont like what my answers are.

 

If you dont like my responses, then dont ask the question to begin with.

 

As usual, harsh / constructive critisism is always welcome. Talking about my pencil cases / calling parents etc arent.
