Going to the gym and eating lots etc

Back in Auckland will go gym everyday.

 

Started a shock diet to get things rolling, will probably only eat like this for today or maybe just this week then back to small surplus.

 

Breakfast:

- 200g shoulder bacon

- 2 eggs

- 2 toast

- puhoi valley chocolate milk

- 250ml normal milk

- 250ml just juice fizzy

- 2 packets oats

 

Dinner:

Pint and Medium Rear cheese burger

Went to the gym today, felt so fucking good! Went as hard as I could, felt good.

 

Seated Row

 

67kg for 5 x 8

 

Dumbel Row

 

26kg for 5 x 8

 

Bench Press

 

50kg 5 x 6

 

EZ Bar curls 3 x 12, Tricep puchdowns 2 x 10

 

Weight is 72.8kgs, and I used to weigh 88kg's at some stage. 16kg Difference :( But a good portion of that is fat as well, so looking a bit leaner.

bro your goal of 130 bench, how far you from that now and what sort of timeframe you looking for that?  im aiming initially for a 1.5x bw bench.. so 100kg. if you dont got that already, keen to have a little friendly race to who reaches that first? 1 T&G full ROM rep. need someone to compete with on bench and everyone else here is a fkin beast lol

 

ps. your latest weight is pretty crazy, must be a strong cut. you got progress pics?

good shit. hows diet been, example of a day?

i would say try be consistent even if its not 100% perfect

 

like better to consistently be good 70% of the time, then to try go 100% and only last a day

if you know what i mean

Yeah ofcourse.

 

In general just being better with time management and getting stuff organised this semester

So sleeping early and waking earlier to have breakfast etc makes a huge difference in macros for the day.

 

Eating more at cafeteria from what is in the buffet section if I can, like pasta or even veges etc, cooking my own eggs.

 

Because of timetable only certain times I can possibly go gym, but those times got nothing else all day so no excuse not to go on those days (friday - monday)

 

Gonna see if I can find work on those days too.
