Former is easier. Once you're top predator in one habitat just gotta expand your ecological niche to include other habitats by attacking existing top predators in those respective habitats.

 

Hard to up-skill in the face of intense competition especially if you're spreading yourself too thinly.

 

I'm going to the northern regions of the Tanami desert for 4 days next week to establish a presence there and hopefully adapt to and conquer the harsh and inhospitable habitat and install myself as the apex predator of this environment. Be a good stepping stone to the other central Australian deserts.

Just quick update. Still in desert. Not training coz no gym. Saw a bar with like 15kg or some shit on it in some aboriginal guys backyard but not keen. 

 

Made mistake of not bringing enough food with me and no carbs except 4 cans of beans and peas. Got that and some tuna.

 

Decided when I get back gonna train hard for 6 weeks then cbf training much as it's too hard really and cbf. Waste of time too as can just f*ck around month or 2 not train and hardly eat but then train hard for like a month and easily still as strong or stronger than before. So no point training hard all the time. Ppl just get addicted to the training and lose touch with reality.

Cbfd that 6 week b.s. Done f*ck all of note gym-wise aside from biweekly guest appearance there and looking at it as I drive past on way home from work.

 

Cbf powerlifting as it's shit. Still gonna bench obviously but squats can get fucked and cbf deadlifts atm. Fucked my knee a bit carrying 3.5m long bundle weighing 170kg of steel tube/bar/angle over shoulder for like 30m. Too lazy to undo wire holding it together lol.

Losing bit of strength but becoming faster, smarter, increased endurance and more adaptive which means I'm becoming a lot more dangerous irl.

Yeah actually noticed im quite a bit leaner after chewing, though that means eating less so probably not good.

 

What cognitive benefits does it have? Hardly notice any profound effects from it, and takes a while to feel anything if at all, compared to the instant dizziness from tobbacco.

Also stopped having it since I no longer feel said effect from tobbacco due to a tolerance probably.

Bit leaner. Haven't been training much as training makes you weaker overall due to being weak after a training session. Also been eating gyzz style diet but fixing that up. Should get a lot leaner soon

Start chewing it again and chew more you pussy. You should be hitting at least 12mg per dose and 96mg over the day before you start saying it's shit etc.

Cant really since have the 2mg ones, but will get 4 mg next time.

Got up to around 50mg when exams were on etc.

 

Not saying its shit at all, just not very noticable as a stimulant. Don't doubt that it has good benefits for brain though. Good in gym as well for keeping energy up.

Decided to start going to gym again and injecting gear. Pinned 2ml of some random shit (unlabelled vials) was either TNE, mast, npp or test e or combo of two of those as I drew from 2 dif vials. Went gym tonight and weighed myself and was 102kg so didn't train.

 

Going to buy some food now then probably go gym tomorrow and do weights. No point training in a catabolic state or will just use up muscle.

Gonna make this shares investment/trading diary. Put in 75500 starting 14 july. Was down few thousand etc. Plan is to grow it then leave country so I don't have to pay CGT or some shit.

 

 

Bit sloppy today and probably cost myself 1k but whatever still good overall. Almost breaking even again.
