-tired, grumpy, low energy.

-some back and shoulder pain

-7 more sessions then the push/pull platform. I won't make u90, but I've been adding a few kgs just because I want to have a slight advantage to get pbs. (Even of fat gains help haha) The rule is, you can go up a weight class from what you qualified in, just not down. There are 16 males in the push/pull division across different classes, about 6 in the u90 what annoys me cos I won't make that (about 92.8) but hoping to make the top 8 overall haha. Plan looks like 127/135/140 and 220/232/240. I think 142.5 on the bench would push my limits more but I set a 140 comp goal early this year and I really want to nail it. 135 and 232.5 would both be comp pbs. I'm doubling 135 in training and pulled 232 comfortably last week. But now suffering from back pain so just need to be carefull!!!

Taking the family now so all I need is the baby to sleep so I'm not a fucken zombie...

Struggled with appetite a little bit today what's always annoying. Last DL comp I pulled 220x3 on the Sunday and pulled 230 on the following Saturday. Yea I went a bit to hard but that was a life time rep PB and kinda got caught in the moment. I could tell right from the warm ups on comp day I haven't recovered well.

This time around I pulled 230x2 life time PB last Sunday  and am going to rest 11 days from DL (over 50%ish anyway) cos I think it kinda takes 2 weeks for me after a massive pull to be able to replicate it.  This is what I'm thinking anyway. I was going to do my opener 5 days out but I think it's to much and will prob do some lower % pulls to solidify form and confidence.

With the bench, heavy tomorrow and then one more medium session with 3 days rest as I find frequency on the bench helps me a lot and as long as joints n shit aren't banged up, should be good to go.

Lets ts hope I get some sleep.

Australian Capo national push/pull

92.25kg bw

Bench- 135/140/145 (12.5kg PB)

Deadlift- 220/232.5/240 (10kg PB)

All 3 white.

speed off my chest is good, 150 would have been a great 4th

Deadlift was smooth and solid but hard. Much better than March 5 230, 5-7kg there.

One bloke pulled 320 at 60years old. Legend.
