Can do. Today was great, no pain.

defiently want to work out why, and correct the issue, form/overloading/programming etc, but thst can take  some time

-Squat

2x2 #183kg (belt/sleeves)

 

-Front Squat

2x2 #133kg (sleeves)

 

-pull down/ham curl SS

6x10-20

 

-Felt heavy from plate 1

-ok session, intensity was there, just not the agression and top performance

-only squat day this week

-first tiny bit of lower back pain of the training block, and def from DL/bench sessions back to back. So am happy how the lower body is performing with DL/fronts/squat. Although some left hip disfunction but not serious.

-Band face pulls

 

-Elbow pain is 100% from back squats what I'll address technicly after this meet. Will drop backs from now 5 weeks to go.

-not worried about weight class

-a bit flat today

-is there a bodybuilder hidden somewhere there? Haha.

-45min

-rushing a little to top weight.

-a bit tired and run down, but not bad 

-left grip semi issue, probaby from "overtraining" ??

-at this stage 240 would be a hit and miss I think. Not there mentally yet, but am visualising it. 

-Bench is going well

brah you overthinking this shit, just put 240 on the bar bend over pick it up, if it comes up its there, if not its not.

Haha yea I'm going to hve a crack. I just don't like the idea of failure close to a meet ? , and it's uncharted territory

I used to do something like this but instead of writing 1 I'd write 2 and instead of 2 I'd put 3. Just assume when I wrote 220 people would know I meant 110. Hahaha

155 wasn't as good as te 150 rep before and I perfer not to round over in the front squat, I've used that approach before and think keeping best technique gets best results and less unnecessary sore bits.
