Notes:

Squats were good, but threw in a extra Bench with the Shirt as Monday was rough, havin a couple technical problems think it has to do with my shoes will sort out tomorrow.

Had a cold for 3 days so the weight should be good hope I kick it by the comp.

Notes:

2nd to last session just light Deads, Bench re did my opener lowered the weight to 135 and changed the shoes a lot better, paused good lockout.

The heels seem to have made me start lifting my bum, about half way up as I started to press. It was hard to keep it down and lockout. I have a better arch and position but it may be a work in progress. So will just see how I go on Saturday.

Notes:

Last session nice light and quick. Body is resting up at last which is good, been a bit punished these last 13 weeks.

Cold is just about broken, got 2 days of anti biotics, weight is bang on a 100kgs, hip is pretty good all in all in not a to bad condition.

All it depends on now is my 3 friends in White Shirts, with two flags in their hands as long as the White one is raised I will be a happy chappy if it is red still happy.

Squat

1st Attempt: 217.5kg 2 whites 1 Red

2nd Attempt: 230kg 1 White 2 Reds. Depth

3rd Attempt: 230kg 3 Reds. Depth

Bench

1st Attempt: 135kgs 3 Whites

2nd Attempt: 142.5kgs 3 Reds lost it halfway

3rd Attempt: 142.5kg 3 Reds. spotter's had to catch.

Deadlift Sumo Hook Grip

1st Attempt: 220 3 Whites, bit ugly.

2nd attempt: 232.5kg 3 Reds did not leave the floor.

3rd Attempt: 232.5kg 3 Reds, same as above

Comments:

BW 100kgs

Place 10th in the 100kg Open Classflaming.gif

Lifts 3 from 9 worst numbers in a comp except for bombing

Had the cold for 9 days this may have had a bigger effect than I thought.

Felt really good other than the cold weight was bang on a 100kgs water food everything was right. That was about the only good thing to come from the weekend, oh besides the company and the massive feed clap.gifclap.gifthey did not run out, which has happened a few time at the Nationals.clap.gif

Squats: Warm ups were good, nailed the opener, 2nd 230 just shy on depth, retook it thought I had pushed it down, na 3 reds.grind.gif

Bench: Pretty well a repeat of the Squat, opener was fast 3 whites 2nd transition stalled, 3rd the same.grind.gif

Deads: These had been going pretty well so looking for good things here. Opener was rough drifted out took a while to get a down command think lockout. 2nd did not even leave the floor, 3rd the same.grind.gif

I have decided on a few things that are going to happen in the near future. The first changing the logs name to Redemption

Yeah not a bad total I suppose for openers, but I will be lining up another comp just after the BBro or maybe the Oceania's in December just to get the ledger right for this year.

Just a light session to Oil The Cogs so to speak, missed doing Squats on Monday pretty busy so did all 3 today, then a Light Squat and Bench on Friday. Will count this week as a conditioning week, then 3 weeks will be maybe a HV just to bead in the new tech stuff that will carry me through to November.

Have worked out what I will do, a 3 week Raw Cycle, then a 12 Week Geared Cycle to a comp at the end of November, if finances prevail maybe the Oceania's.

Pretty tough day but would have been worse if I bombed, squats felt good though.

I know how much it pisses ya off when things don't go to plan trust me mate I'm the worst for that I get so wild I just want rip peoples heads off and throw down the road anyone who looks at ya funny when things aren't working right but hey that's why we sit down clam down and come back and perfect it then we move 5 steps forward :clap: :clap:

So 29 was it, was actually suprised how the Squats went with the new stance, Bench was a grind well the first 2 sets then I settled in to it, did not do the GMs.
