Update: Went to Auckland for the RAW Nationals so training will be put on hold. When I get back I will have to set the House up for the National Equipped Champs

No torn musclesclap.gif Cannot hold or grip anything and all the nonsense that comes from only having one active limb.
     


Update: The Doc just gave me a good check over and there are no major tearsclap.gifclap.gif the list got a little bit bigger.

Neck was out

Upper back was out

Anterior Shoulder Capsule Sprain

Strained Elbow

Severe Tricep Brusing

Dislocated Lunate 

Dislocated Thumb

The Back and Neck out affected the Deadlift setup which I was finding hard to get into the right position especially on the last one.

The shoulder capsule is a good strain so happy with that outcome, and the same with the elbow. The heavy Bruising of the tricep is also a good outcome.

Now the funny part, I could not figure out how my thumb was so sore dislocated, as when the bar came off my thumb would have had to be underneath the bar which it wasn't. It turns out I had dislocated the Lunate, a Crescent shaped bone which popped out. This put the wrist in a position where I could not straighten it for the Deadlift.

The good part in order to grip the Bar in the proper position in the Deadlift, I had to Dislocate my Thumb..

So 99% of the injuries were due to the Bar and One was self inflicted.laughing.giflaughing.gif

Polymyalgia rheumatica

I like wikipedia as it says I can be cured within in 2 years, the crap thing is being on Prednisone for 2 years. Some side issues with that length of time. So maybe get things done quicker, have to change the diet which is good situp.gif needed this to happen. Will start training but very light (rolleyessign.gif) as the Prednisone weakens the bones and drains calcium I think, it also adds weight bad weight

So yesterday morning was angry flaming.gif but after researching and settling down its like a sabbatical things to plan and do.

Fell off a ladder 3 week's ago but had to get ‪#‎TheHouse‬ ready for the Equipped Nationals so just put up with it till it finished yesterday. Went in this morning to the hospital broke the Radius right across 4 -6 weeks in plaster good thing no surgery ‪#‎Terminator‬
