  • Pull: C44 Sumo wider stance and toes out this week brought the stance in on the last set felt better then the other 2 sets bust speed about the same.

  • Pull: C44 Sumo not so wider stance and toes out this week. Speed still not all in the area that I would like.

  • Squat: Primary Day Cent C44, 11th day back did 2 top sets at 180 same as last week. 1 rep under the target speed one of the better squat session so far. No 500 depth this week 486 best of the reps. 
     
  • Press: Comp Bench Overload XL. Same as last week did not go up from a 100 instead did 2 work sets and a AMRAP of 6 reps @ 10RPE. 
     
  • Pull: C44 Sumo not so wider stance and toes out this week. Speed still not all in the area that I would like 3 reps in target zone. Hip was a bit iffy today so a bit conscious of that during the work sets.
     
  • Notes: Micro-cycle 3 Week 11, Another technical session over the 3 lifts, Bench using the back magic on my toes and closer stance on sumo. Good session with things to work on for next week
