  • Squat: Start of the Trifecta's of Lifting so today I went up to 130 and did 2 sets, hit 140 on Sunday so was not going to push it..
     
  • Press: Bench Press :clap::clap: 5 reps this is the second time I have benched so not going to rush things, slow and steady.
     
  • Pull: Sumo Deads went 110kgs and did 6 singles another PB 110 
     
  • This was a Beautiful Day, 3 movements in one day :clap::clap:
     
  • On another note, have had a quiet sore shoulder Doc said the tendon holding the bicep had moved out of position and was sliding over the joint of the front shoulder. He said it could take a while, especially with me moving everything, in setting up The House. Iscariot came in and fixed it pretty well straight away, not a brutal bruising session and yelling for two hours, but a gentle manipulation and boom done. Thanks John :clap::clap:
