  • SSB Squats: Just copied last weeks workout did not increase weight aimed for better depth. No niggles this week so a good session. Did 2 drop sets at 110kgs instead of 1 at 120kg and the second at 100kgs.
  • Reverse Hyper: Same as last week, movement felt better, so improvement to come next week.
  • Back Magic doing this about 4 times a week should start to see something shortly.

  • 3rd Day of Leg Training again for the week:clap:
  • GCB Squats: Bit tough today had only 2 hours sleep, 30 minutes in the MRI magnetic forces, hard to get to sleep. So after listening to the TP :clap::clap: I stopped at 130kgs did two sets then a drop to 120.
  • GCB Zercher's: These were at the end and by that time I had nothing left so stopped at 60kgs.
  • Press: as there is still no Benching, working on the arch. Been on the second notch for three weeks now, dropped down to the first notch so everything is on the bench Head, Shoulders and Bum. Hips got pretty sore so I will stay on this for a while.

Notes:

  • Squats: Sixth time I have full Squatted since November. Still squatting with my grip just inside the collars, have the Index Middle and Ring finger over the Bar. After last week I have dropped the top set by 10kgs and looking for better quality, Did 2 drop sets at 5kg drops.
  • Pull: Did pinned GMs again as the pull movement, these were better than last week, increased to 5 reps. They hit the spot well and good.
  • Bench: Just did the Band Press Downs was pretty amped for this, had a Red Bull needed to muster up everything just to smash this PB yeah buddy smashed it by 1 rep. What can I say Haters Gonna Hate but I am doing the PBs not them Keybaord warriors.
