Today 11.32 minutes, Sunday 11.33 1st round was 4.51, in the second 4.41. same splits as Sundays session, so this may be the time to stick at.

Felt a bit better even after the heay Squat day prior.

Agiles were better today maybe some arch work on Thursday.

Notes:

  • Deads were a bit tough today, to the knees went real well. Just from the floor, became an issue on the top sets. Hands were getting pretty munted, skin on the thumb was looking like it was going to rip, so used straps on the last 3 working sets.
    The Bench ok for light weight.
    Rammstein, did 4 sets instead of 5 but speed felt good. Big address issue on my strenght here after the Nationals.
    Had a good skills then this week was tough?

  • Today was a good test of ones will power to survive.
    A really tough week this week glad it is over.
    Weekly Analysis:
    Squats:
    Squats: went well in the 46 in week 8 had to put the 44 on this week did all in the 46.
    Bench:
    In the Shirt was not overly exciting, a couple of sessions left to re dial the 44.
    Deads:
    Another tough session dropped the reps from 3 to 2 at skills went well but a week later just fried.
    Glad this week is over now,clap.gif no more double session's Massive,clap.gif this is the best part of the cycle, as the session's get smaller and lighter.

Today 11.03 minutes, Thursday 11.31 1st round was 4.30 in the second 4.33. twenty eight seconds off dunno.gif not to sure what happened here but it was pretty tough at the end. First time for a while that the second split is not ahead of the first shows that I am giving it stick in the first one.

Did a bit of Arch work well lets say just the A of Arch.

Notes:

  • Final workout in the Squat Suit, these felt tough a sthe 46 was doing nothing, was going to put the 44 on but thoght nah finish what I had started.
    Bench was so so, I will not use the 44 Fury got a touch today, but the shirt at the bottom is pretty tight and pulled my shoulder in. Had this problem before tight shirts play havoc on my shoulders. Will wash the 46 and go to opener on Friday then that is it.
    Raw strength is down and shoulder still sore so will look at getting a number on thr Board.
    Did not do any board work may do it on Wednesday instead.
    Still took a while this session but on the way down now.

Chur Bro, weight has been the main issue leading into comps I am usually running 2-3 kgs over at this stage, but at the moment I have been under a 100 for last 2 weeks. So for once I am training at the weight that I will be competing at, instead of dropping 3 kgs and where everything is just a tad lose. I think this has helped a lot with the lead up.

    Rammstein, did 3 sets instead of 5 but speed felt good. Just slowing things down one last shirt session on Friday then thats it.
    Deads were pretty good mind you only 80%, copied a page out of the 2 Silverbacks on my top work sets just reversed the lifting sequence. And because of that, I thought I had my hands well trimmed but no, tore a small callouses off not too bad though.

  • Notes:
    Today was the last heavy day and the body needs a good deload now. Squats were tidy tried a new pair of wraps well had them for a while Strangulators. May use them on my last squat at Nats.
    After Mondays episode with the shirt decided to use my loose 46 and just alifts in for the total. 130 paused will be the opener.
    Weekly Analysis:
    Squats:
    went well in the 46 5 x 2 reps was good so happy there, no need to test anything.
    Bench:
    In the Shirt was not overly exciting, I got a touch to the chest with 140, but my shoulder rounded and twinged a bit so decide to flag that shirt and just use one of my loose ones. Want a total and the shoulder is no where near right.
    Deads:
    A lot better session this week ended up,reversing the numbers instead of 5 x 2reps I did 2 x 5 felt ok.
    Glad this week is over really starting to feel like I need to deload which is good.
    Roll on next weekend

Yeah will be good to catch up with the CBC crew we might be there in time for the ladies maybe the Deadlifts not to sure will depend on how many food stops these SHWs want.
