Good long session especially with pyramid in the middle. Squats were ok tried something different on the first session then back to normal on the last session. Just studying video's. Bench was good back into the swing of things pin press is bang on the button weight wise, enough to make it really work at the end.

Weekly Analysis:

Squats:

Slowly getting back in the groove on the suited Squats, happy with my raw work too that has come back up to speed.

Bench:

Shirt Work is getting better down to a 1 board this week so that is a good improvement hopefully next week will be to the chest. Pin press and Boards are where they should be

Deads:

Same as the other discipline's coming back online, I struggled with similar weights 4 weeks back this time they were a lot crisper.

Good call to rethink my numbers and drop them down made training more enjoyable not that it should be.

Smart mate can always concentrate on explosive power and get carry over that way with out taxing ya self to much week in week out maybe mix it up can't wait to watch ya at nationals this year brother go hard 8)

Yeah Brother my Speed Strenght is not where it should be so I am working hard on that at the moment, be good to catch up at the Nationals.

Long day in full Battle Armour, starting to get back into the swing of things. Top work sets were a lot better than a couple of weeks ago still some work to do.

Bench went to a 1 board felt a bit lethargis for some reason, even the Boards were tough.

Second session of Squats must have got a second wind but was pretty happy when the last set of 4 was finished long long day.

Had a real early train as I had to go tom a funeral young fella use to work for me got electrocuted over in Sydney trying to get on top of a train.

Still took like 2 hours not to sure if I am a early morning person when I say early it is 8.00am

Deads went better no belt which is good last session like this I had a belt at the Work Sets. Bench is good really something strange going on 105s feel like work the next one is real nice has happened each time the pyramid is on.

Not yet Steak, we are still analysing to see how it reacts to the main training :doh:

Yeah sad bro 3 years doing a Adventure tourism course in Timaru in December to over to Oz for work and bamm February gone.

Good session double bench days are good, squats went pretty well, depth was good which is pleasing, pin press was cut short due to getting The House ready for tomrrows novice comp.

Weekly Analysis:

Squats:

Better week just got to get the hips more active, and a bit more speed down, raw work has been very pleasing.

Bench:

Shirt Work on the 1 board this week so will go to a half board next week. Pin press has had some good side effects.

Deads:

Pulls to the knee are improving no belt has been pretty good on all sets core is getting back up.

Today felt better weight was good, has been feeling heavy the last couple of weeks, probably should have cranked the weight up slightly but skills next week so will wait till then.

Bench went to a 2 board on the 120s felt ok, so decided to take the boards out of play took a little while to get into the groove.

Second set of Squats were a bit of a rush as Costa needed the THE POWER-STATION that I was on. but I did them quite fast well for me it was.

Notes:

Good session especially happy with the Raw Squats they have finally come back up to speed. Bench was good stopped the pin press at 4 sets just picked up a niggle in the shoulder.

Weekly Analysis:

Squats:

Back in the groove on the suited Squats, happy with how my raw work has come along.

Bench:

Shirt Work is improving should be good by the WBOP. Pin Press has some good side effects for my Raw Work.

Deads:

Same as the other discipline's coming back together.

Rethinking my numbers has been a good call, it is going to be a long year no use going for gold on the first comp and fading at the last.
