Eating too much close to legs is no good i know that :grin:

OB i should be in WLG over and around xmas time.. might drop into the house 8)

Weighed myself today, 99.80 at the comp 3 weeks ago, feasted on everything you could think of today 103.3 so you know what happens now Zip the Lips :doh:

Start of the Conditioning Week, have retained the service's of Coach Dave Bates in my 3 lift preparation leading to the Nationals in August Next Year. have some unfinished Business.

Will be tweaking the last cycle in the Bench and Deads. Squats went well so leaving that alone.

Will be working on the mental aspects especially in the bench and Hip/Sacroiliac will be a work in progress.

Programme came in late today so a toss up whether to leave it and start Wednesday with day 2. But just looked at the can of HTFU and will do Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday then back into the normal cycle.

Was different training with everyone not something that I have done for a while about a year. Had to take the boards to five only been doing 120s so a 35kg jump was a bit of a wake up call. Glad I trained and did todays workout.

Programme looks interesting far different from the last cycle.
