having a bit of grief with the calf i tore a couple years back, so had some deep tissue massage done and played it safe and didn't squat for a couple of days.

 

w9d3 wednesday

bench 110 8x4

 

w9d4 today

bench 120 10x3, 120 x 7 (pb)

squat 165 7x5

had a bad few weeks with stress/work stuff/mental health bla bla so took a couple weeks off training to let myself recover as was mega beat up.

 

today

 

bench 100 4x10

 

split squat 4x10

 

back to program now
