Yea bro, well GPC rulebook says that, not sure about CAPO or IPL though.

It's more a safety thing, as if you walk it out and are standing back while the straps are hanging do , so if you dump it it creates a pendulum and makes it rather unsafe for you and the spotters having 100s kg swinging around.

Agh true makes perfect science

you can practice in the rack, so have some guys at you gym pull rack out in front of you when you unrack the bar. So your feet won't move. Then squat. Remember the rules says no walkout but you can shuffle/adjust your feet once you have unracked it. That's within the rules.

Yup that's the plan. It's mostly just a matter of consciously thinking about where feet are before starting

Did my openers and seconds for bench and deadlift

bench 125/135

deadlift 235/250

not bad really. Deadlift were fast af. Bench kept tightness pretty well.

I'm dealing with some kind of stomach problem/food poisoning which I will go to doctor in the morning and get sorted as pretty sore atm..

Here's a video of 245/125/235 which are my openers.

If it's not legit food poisoning - you'd likely be dealing with your body having had enough of bulking and trying to maintain a huge increase in bodyweight and food. If you're eating alot of rich, fatty foods like burgers that's been known to make your gut say "no more".
Broscience, but that's my take.

Agree bro and that's more or less what the doctor just told me. Given me some digestive aid stuff and reckons eat well  survive till after comp then clean up things big time which I'm looking forward to doing anyway. Symptoms don't really match normal food poisoning.

See how I feel tomorrow but already a bit better today just from eating especially well yesterday because I was feeling crap

Not long now! You getting nervous? Waiting to see how you go!

Excited af. Just gotta nail the squats which is my most confident lift and everything else should go to plan. With the second attempts not really feeling that hard in training I have no reason to not get everything I want as I'll be more rested and deloaded at that time too.

No no point being nervous I reckon because I've already done 6 out of 9 of the lifts I want to do in training so 2/3 of the day is already safe in my mind and whatever else comes is a bonus

Right, and if you're eating stuff processed by the liver I imagine that will heighten things. Ya know.
Hope it works out,

Yup I'm probably 80% cured since last night so I'm not too worried. Might have to learn about these vegetable things everyone keeps raving about
