rested yesterday, squat tonight.

body weight hit a new low of 113.6, so down 8.4kg in 5 weeks exactly.

cheat meals seem to speed things up as had the big buffet on saturday and dropped a lot of weight since then.

 

growing in right places too, my work shirts that fitted fine at 122 odd are now tight on my arms and shoulders, and i have new stretch marks coming up all the time in my armpit,front delt area. waist is down heaps. good body composition change im really happy with.

girlfriends birthday dinner and traffic got in the way so couldn't do any of planned accessory just did my main lifts. Oh well.

body weight is 113.5 this morning.

 

not going to get to gym much this week as im moving house today/tomorrow, then got big weekend with melbourne cup competition, will be watching both days and helping some mates as i wont be lifting. might try train thursday night, dunno.

 

@bang_bang will be lifting on sunday and should do pretty well in the 100s

Lol not doing gpc Aus next year. Already going over end of year for work and then again early next year for work. Cbf going over twice more to qualify and then for nats. Was potentially a plan but that's turned to shit now that I took this contract on. Maccas should go alright by then in the 100s if he can get down there and keep his strength and get stronger.

Yup correct, lucky here. First novice Comp I spotted at was at my gym which is a shit Unknown powerlifting gym and from memory 32 lifters. 

Ptc novice ones fill up every time too. Dunno what it is about Melbourne but pretty cool

Yeah real lucky over there with all the PL gyms, every insta post i see from aus is pretty much a PL gym, where as nz most just train at a shitty commercial or go garage

have been flat out moving and havent had time to train. sucks. movers fucked around ended up moving most of it myself because they were gonna dent the walls. useless.

 

body weight 112.0kg. 10kg down from when i got back from nz.

meant to be deadlift + squat but I'm giving lower back a week of deadlift to let slight strain that I've been training through heal rather than re aggravate it every week.
