Ditching being weak

Have not felt good. Deadlift session interrupted by torrential downpour.

 

MG bench to 160 then 140x11.

My son ran in mid set due to the rain and tried to touch the weights. I had to yell to get him to leave. Rep 11 I started blacking out so that was that.

 

Lol

 So much fail.

 

Also lost close to 4kg. That wont help

BTW... That 260 was one of the strangest experiences of my lifting career.

 

I started blacking out, but very, very slowly. I went above my sticking point, and just simply could not move. Had enough air to hold it, but not enough to do anything else. Bizarre.

I could fail at 260 any day of the week...  stop making a big deal out of it ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Absolutely. Extra level of complexity. And my flexibility probably isnt ideal for going super deep.

At least got some form work in before it broke.

 

2.5" axle clean and jerk

To 140, 160, 170

Felt like 180 was in the tank

About 12 practice bouts and few comp bouts.

Week from hell- seriously it was just awful.

 

Strongman which involved me doing a bit of coaching newbies:

1 Arm DB Clean and presses - 15ish reps to 60kg

 

Yoke walk: 20m - 140x2, 220x2, 300x2

Farmers picks and hold 60 up -to a miss at 160 - this pick was really low - fail. Probably close to 320 dead needed to get it.

 

Axle push press then jerk - bunch of reps up to 150 - shoulder started feeling tender 

 

65mm axle deadlift- 12 misses at 150kg - a regular axle is about 48-50mm. This one is slippery and I just wanted to get it. Nope

 

What a loser I seem to be, haha.
