Gyno

Aren't the signs of gyno sensitive nipples? Do u continue your cycle with nolvadex or stop cycle and use nolvadex?

Its possible to have an initial sensitive reaction when starting your cycle, this may progress to full blown gyno, or go away never to return (if you are lucky)..

Some people are estrogen sensitive, some people take far too much compound(s)..

The initial peak after injection seems to have some relevance, if the dose is too high the plasma peak will be also, this may be the cause of estrogenic symptoms in most people.. Thats why is seems more prudent to inject twice or 3 times a week with a lower dose than, with one high dose once a week...

It may be if plasma levels are lower and more stable there is a lower incidence of aromatization and DHT conversion, via aromatase and 5-alpha reductase...

In the past when I have developed sensitive nipples I've used nolva 20mg/day for 5-7 days until gone , then adex .5 e3d for rest of cycle ..is this still the recommended?

Yep... Nolva for its differing action on estrogen receptors alpha and beta in breast tissue, adex for lowering aromatase, and subsequent reduction of estrogen synthesis..

im currently using 40mg nolva a day and 1mg arimidex a day as I was getting some gyno and pain.

Pains gone away and lumps have decreased but still there. ILl be dropping arimidex soon (think it may be bunk) and run the nolva until its back to where it was. and then drop to 20mg a day after
