Thought I would start a journal..

Weight:82kgs

Body Fat: Around 10% (according to calculator on this website)

Height:6 Foot

Today I trained Triceps/Calves

3x8 Dips

3x12 Calf Raises on smith machine (60kg)

3x12 Close grip bench press (40 kg)

3x12 seated calf raises (440kg)

3x12 Cable pull downs (48kg)

3x12 Skull crushers (20kg)

Im going to go for high reps (12) on all my excersises for a few weeks and see how that goes then switch back to low reps and so on...

Im also looking for another calf excersise

:nod: Good plan. I think with the right diet, that should work really well for you.

BTW, I wouldn't necessarily trust the body fat calculator on this site. It's more of a toy than anything else. If you want, post up some pics, and we'll guess your bodyfat. That's probably more accurate!

Today i trained legs

Squats 3x10 at 80kg

Hamstring curls 3x12 at 36kg

leg press (with one leg at a time) 100kg 3x12

leg extensions 3x12 42 kg

Added an attachment for u guys to guess my body fat it aint that good of a pic however.

Good on you for starting a journal.

I think you are around 10% from looking at the picture... IMHO :wink:

Just wondering if you do anything else for hamstrings on leg days?
