Hi Team - I think i may be running around with leaky nips, the past 3 weeks i started to get really sensitive nipples, after a couple of days of being overly sensitive and puffy(But no lumps!?they are quite fatty at the moment though?) i decided to squeeze them to see if anything would come out....

:banging:  :banging: I definitly shouldnt have done that, a clear liquid came out of both sides.  That day i jumped on some nolva at 20mg a day/A-dex 1mg a day for 7 days.  Thinking i just had some excess estrogen floating around due to my previous cycle.

After the seven days they cleared up alittle and i stopped with the nolva and AI as im off cycle and want to let my body return to normal.  however the nipples are still alittle sensitive.

Should i get some Letro/Caber to get rid of it, or get back on the nolva/ai to calm it down and reduce estrogen.

Thanks for your help.

First of all you might not have gyno.. Lactation is due to high prolactin, not progesterone..

If you don't want your nipples to leak don't play with them...

Nolvadex is recommended for gyno by medical professionals, one week is not enough time for nolvadex to take effect...

What do blood tests tell you about your E2 and Prolactin levels..?

why not get you bloods done now to test prolactin and progesterone?

i had blood tests done recently while running tren, progesterone was through the roof, prolactin was fine, e2 slightly elevated. I got tests done cuz my nipples started to get a bit sensitive and there was a slight lump behind one. adex and nova sorted it out, e2 back into range after 10 days and progesterone dropped back as well
