ok, this morning got breakkie and went to the gym

 

after stretching:

 

Pyramid of 10 ( burpees,squats, lounges,star jumps,push up, crunches,leg rises,scissors,v crunches, jumps x 10 each descending 9 8 ....1 no rest time in any stage.

 

Core workout x3 sets no resting time within changes 

 

15kg bar warm up combo deep squats and lounges x 15 repseach (each leg on lounges) no rest time within changes x 3 sets

 

Heavy squat smith machine 50 kgs 3x12

 

bench pressing 3 x 15 15 kgs

 

dumbbell rows  3 x15 15kgs

 

15kg bar arm curls 3 x15

 

 

 

now, forgive me father because i have sin,.......lol......i met with Paulina (my partner in crime and sister of another mother lol) we went arond the city as she was looking for apts and we went to Ponsonby market... we were hungry....we had Argentinian empanadas.....omg they were so good lol,to my favour i just had one lol  we went for real lunch, chicken with salad, then after the walk back to the city centre we went to a pub and had this..:post-11652-0-47238900-1443249554_thumb.j

 

 

I ended drinking mine with almost half of paulina's as she was geting behind lolol 

 

was a great day to be outside thats for sure!!

Squatting on a boss ball is dangerous and just downright dumb. Far better balance and core work doing FREE WEIGHT SQUATS AND DEADLIFT so that does not mean the smith machine! Get in the squat rack. You will find it much harder as you will have to stabilize and balance. And be a real bad ass!

im sorry for been dumb then, as i said before i dont know as much as you guys, i saw it in a workout somewhere online thats why i tried it, but i did stop when i was suggested stop it for the boys here, now in the gym i am there is not a squat rack sorry, so i only have the smith machine to work with. I do already free weight  squats with my core workout and deadlifts, im working my way up with the bars out of the smith machine, i just struggle a bit in place them over my head in my shoulders when they are over 20 kgs (get tendonitis on my wrists)

Your not dumb,your doing what u can which is awesome keep it up. If your gym does not have a squat rack then fml. It can't really consider itself a gym tbh

Well there is something i wanna share...

 

This morning i woke up  thinking in my body how looked before get sick and now by looking photos, I have a wedding to go in few months and i been looking dresses that i wanna wear, been so self conscious how bad i look to my eyes, but  again how hard i been working trying to get back to have the great toned sexy body i actually had.

 

so i grabbed my night out and party dresses as all of them are S and XS sizes and try them to see how they look, preparing myself for a slap in the face  as they may not look good anymore :(

 

surprisingly,...well, they don't look to bad lol, my legs either (all my dresses are very short and my shoes are 6 inch stilettos that's why i worry a lot about my legs and cellulite , i consider my legs as my biggest asset and work them out every day lol )

 

Is a relief that still having concave shape instead than convex in my middle body lol in this dresses is easy to see if i get the michelin guy shape lol are like my measure chart, so seems they still wearable lololol (bring summer!!!)

 

Is a boost to my motivation and keep working ever harder to get the body i had back and why not make it better than it was!!!!

well still working hard, Im increasing my core workout but I got a bit disappointed, i had an appointment this morning with my specialist before the surgery and in the scales im 60.30 :(  i don't know what to think, my body it may look different in certain parts  ( i will take some pics later for show and tell ;)) but some pants still tight and im putting on weight again, like doesn't matter how hard i try is not point :( i will do the fat mass analysis before my surgery and see what it says

 

the only good news is i got a letter yesterday from dept of internal affairs granting my citizenship., yay!! im a new zealander now XD

Thank you master skeletor, party at Auckland queen st and all f yous are invited ;) !! lol  i got a surgery to remove the symptoms of a severe Pansinusitis  i got after develop the bronchieatacsis  so will make my life bit less miserable lol

Yes im happy with the progress, bit slow as been sick and the surgery and etc been on and off training i will post other photos later of my arms and legs, sorry the messy hair that was just pretty much just waking up lol

Yo Randy xoxo well at the mo my upper body not so good as i have work injury sprain on radial nerve and inflammation on my thumb joint :( not allowed to push pull grip lift..... just shoot me lol,  not fun but that wont stop me to still do whatever i can , working only with body weight for core workout and legs with equipment, I have put a goal myself to do 200kg for my  leg press routine by the end of August, 100 reps all together, at the moment im in 180 kg hopefully the weekend will be the D Day hehehe
