Hey thanks all for v warm welcome.

Gidday man, why not tell us a bit about your goals? :)

Initial goals are:

to get into a regular RT and cardio training routine

commence swimming

reduce weight to 80 kg

learn bodybuilding fundamentals

I am going to keep a training/diet journal here as hopefully I will get some constructive feedback. Also it is a v easy way to keep a record.
