Yeah 2 hours just didn't give you enough time to recover from anything major. You still have to warm up in those 2 hours and all that. It's a tough one but it's very fair. Which is what I like about it.

I think it would be all good if you don't need to drop water and can eat normally. Calories really are king  Going to try and put some more muscle in if I can. And get my bf down. More cardio too

Why did you wind up so far below the 93kg limit?

And why the 175-182.5-197.5 squat jump? 15kg from 2nd to 3rd after only 7.5 from 1-2.

Cheers. I was 95 the night before and I just dropped heaps of water. Probably didn't really need the water load in the end tbh. Never really cutting weight before too. Nationals I'm going to try and get right under that 93 Mark without any water load. The squat was bit of a silly choice tbh. Only one of the day really. The second was a smooth ass rep and I have done 200 in come before but of course at a higher bw. Should have gone 192.5. Lost 10k off my total right there

Got this done in 45 mins. Felt real good to be in the gym. Weight was really light. Had to push a bit on the  bench. I need to bring that db bench up. It should help my bench as I seem to be weak through the mid range. Lockout is normally strong. Going to work a Lot of bodybuilding stuff and go to a power building routine. I know what need working on and a big one is overall muscle

This whole workout was shit. Going back to no belt or sleeves was tough af. Did not actually think I was getting all 5 reps. Warm ups felt ok but once the weight got up it was mud. Cut the  session short as I was about to spew and felt shit. Bound to be a hard session or two coming off comp. I have a feeling my quads are weak. As the front squats left my quads cramping and pumped. Will hammer away next couple of months
