Today being one week until I fly up to wellington for my comp and two days from the start of peak week as well. Today being the last calf train thought I do high reps for calf press instead of the normal 4x10 what I do for calf press on a Thursday instead. Went hard for the session which took just over a hour to do . Was going to do 20 minutes on the cross trainer being my second to last cardio session in the gym before my comp decided that I will do 20 minutes on the cross trainer tomorrow for the last cardio session in the gym after I am done training arms

Just a simple misunderstanding over the internet guys . No harm was ment im sure. G.R its hard man but keep up the good work. All these guys want to see you succeed , thats why they offer advice.

Tbh i dont really care if he succeeds or fails...if he continues to fail its his own fault for being a shit c*nt and ignoring good advice on training and diet, doing <1/4 reps on every excercise, cutting cardio sessions/'hard excercises' and whining about the cost of competing while wasting money on shit preworkouts.

Thought I come back after seeing that boosting is banned . Since he crapped on me the other day . Training has been good. Got waxed after work which only took 95 minutes to do. Started peak week today and off my supplements that I take. Will be finishing up with the oxidane on the weekend with the last serving on Sunday night before heading off to bed. Will be using mixed herbs and parsley as my herbs and spices during peak week since I am off gum for a week until after the show. Was very happy yesterday when I finished my last cardio session in the gym thought afterwords roll on next Saturday. Training for peak week will be chest tomorrow afternoon after the last session of posing practise, Monday back,Tuesday shoulders and Wednesday arms. Rep range training wise will be 10-15 with moderate weights or half of the amount what I use. In the way of veggies that I will be eating during peak week will be beans, broccoli and spinach

To keep movational levels up during peak week I am going to watch any Kai. Greene movational videos on YouTube and that would also include any other bodybuilding movational video on YouTube . I can see more veins showing after I got waxed yesterday. Going to have ice cream with my last carb up meal on Friday night . Did for my last carb up meal before nats last year thought it work well. Haven't deciade which flavour that I will buy when I get my carb up/game day food on Thursday afternoon when I arrive in Wellington

Good luck gr im glad you're doing way better than last year. You seem much less stressed

Thanks bro funny you should mention that I have noticed that myself about this time around. I don't feel as stressed out unlike compare to last year when I was dieting for half the year . This time no stress which is good and got things all good
