Back and hamstrings

Lat pull down 1x15 42kg,4x10 72kg,78kg,84kg,90kg

Bent over bb row 4x10 105kg,105kg,110kg,115kg

One arm db row 4x10 40kg,42kg,45kg,50kg

Rack pulls 4x10 120kg,130kg,135kg,138kg

Lying hamstring curl 4x10 42kg,48kg,54kg,60kg

Db stiff legged deadlifts 4x10 22kgs,25kgs,30kgs,32kgs

When I was training this morning heard that the cold water was off until noon which ment for me filling up my shaker from the sink after I was done training thought bugger. Had to get a bottle of pump from the fridge so I could use water to add to my shake. Came up with a good rule for me when I go to a fish n chip shop which is buy stir fry only with lots of nice meat and veggies in what ever dish that I feel like buying at the time. If want fish and chips going to make my own by using fish fingers and using kumara for chips which would be more healthy. Not to sure why the cold water was off until noon which ment for me had to delay my shower until noon for a quick shower oh well.

fish and chip shop stir fry is rubbish mate full of cheap crap oil

if you want to eat from fish and chip shop just eat what you want, and eat normal rest of the time

 

fish fingers and kumaru chips will be gross, no point, may as well just enjoy the cheat meal then eat well rest of the time

 

you are not a bodybuilder any more so you can have a bit of freedom

I like fish fingers and kumara chips there nice.plus I am going to live the bodybuilding life style since I have retired from competing that's what most people do when they have retired from competing and nothing wrong with that.I like my stir fry and my local fish n chip shop make nice stir frys

well lets be realistic here, hes talking about eating them as a cheat meal as a healthier alternative to fish and chips.

at least fish and chips might contain actual fish haha

Today I was able to have a shower after my post training meal which was good for me. Went over to countdown to pick up some sardines and a can of kidney beans to go with my clean cheat day on Saturday and looking to have six thousand calories with not much surgar and keeping things farly clean as well. Had to go the bank as well to pay for DVD that I got off trade me last night as well.

When I was starting my session noticed that my iPod was flat thought bugger and had to make do with the music that work was playing like linkin park etc which was in my league. Second case of bad luck this morning. After I was done having my shower I noticed a big hole in my shorts thought bugger and had to make a trip to Kmart to get shorts for work. Got my ice t seven deadly sins cd in the mail today when I got home from work and was happy to see that it arrived in the mail sweet.

Looking forward to having a clean cheat day tomorrow and going to aim for 6k. There will be less fat and sugar in this cheat day for the four meals that I have got planned so far are

Meal one pancakes with sugar free maple syrup, banana, two eggs,250 ml of yogurt, protein shake,sardines

Meal two cup of oats with two table spoons of peanutbutter

Meal three surprime pizza with can of kidney beans

Meal four bowl of clusters with banana, milk, peanut butter sandwich

Meal five not sure yet what that will be

Thinking of buying a different brand of glutamine shortly made by usn sounds pretty good from what I have read about by getting 180 servings from it for only $29 plus I am not to fussy when it comes to glutamine or which brand as well.
