Today being the last quad train for my comps for this year. Thought might as make it and very hard one with lots of double drop sets to hammer my quads by doing lots of double drop sets. By the time I got to doing cardio my quads were fryed and walking over to the bikes was a bit of a struggle. Still manged to grind out the 35 minutes on the bike by the time I got from doing my third last cardio session in the gym for my comps for this year was buggered and, mind my was thinking whey, glutamine, creatine, bcaas and strong dark coffee as well and a nice shower when I was done. Started to think of a plan for peak week which is two days away for in the way of carb cycling goes. Saturday will be high carb,Sunday to Wednesday low carb,Thursday medium carbs,Friday high carb or carb up while I am dropping water.

hey mate just so i can understand, can you tell me what you would consider:

high carb:

medium carb:

high carb: high carb would be like foods that are high in carbs that I will be using when I carb up next Friday like one bagle has 46g of carbs in it

medium carb:medium carbs half cup of brown rice which is nice and bit of extra energy in the body after being low carb for example

low carb:

low carb would be when I have 1/4 cup of brown rice with meals four and five

Have you thought about cutting out the middleman and taking your instagram pictures directly with your ipad/tablet? or getting someone else to take the progress pics for you?

Don't mind taking self photos with my phone then taking them with the camera that I use for Instagram on my iPad.

what about your phone Dr.Bibby?

Good idea but since I am on pre plan for my phone I be best to conserve the data on my phone.

Cross trainer 35 minutes

Slept like a log last night after feeling died tired since I was up since 5:40 am after my hard quad train that I had yesterday . Was very happy when i finished my second last cardio session for my comps for this year after countless and endless minutes of cardio and only 35 minutes to go in the way of cardio in the gym before starting peak week on Saturday . Noticed that my hair was getting a bit untidy and with Nats coming up next Saturday figured that I be best to get a hair so I would look tidy on stage also bought a map of Christchurch while I was over town before heading back to work. I was thinking today if I do visit gymeez when i am out wondering around Christchurch next Friday morning before getting tanned in the afternoon . Might have to give the owner of gymeez a preview of what the rat has been cooking in Dunedin that's if the owener of gymeez is in the same class as me. Engery levels have been pretty good at times but when i do feel a bit tired I just think not long to go and image that lots of other athletes are feeling the same way turned, hungry etc with Nats coming up next weekend for all three Feds . Thinking of having stuffed pasta for my post Nats lunch since I haven't had pasta in ages. Not to sure at this stage what flavour that I will use something to think about.

Arms and cardio

Ezy bar curls 1x15 19KG,4X10 39kg,43kg,45kg,48kg

DB hammer curls 4X10 20kgs,22kgs,25kgs,30kgs

Overhead cablecurls 4X12 35pps,45pps,55pps,65pps triple drop set on the last

Triceps push down 1x20 65,4X10 135,145,155,175 pounds

Triceps rope push down 4X10 65,75,85,105 pounds

Dips 4X10

Treadmill 20 minutes

Today being the last session of cardio in the gym before the start of peak week thought I do 20 minutes instead of 35 minutes of cardio in the gym and keep it at good steady pace nothing to hard or anything along those lines. Being eight days out from Nats feeling good and excited also not feeling to stressed about next Saturday but looking forward to eating again which will be very nice. My training for peak week will be upper body and it will be a compo of heavy and moderate session's in the gym before I fly up to Christchurch on Thursday. When I was thinking about the last peak week that I did for wellington and noticed that it took me a while to recover from my sessions in the gym since I was not using my supplements and this time around I will be expected for won't be using creatine or taking my pre workout supplement but will be taking everything else that I use .

Looking forward to next Saturday with one week to go and this time next week I will be at the venue. From the videos that I have watched from where the Christchurch Grand Prix is held at burnside high school will be coming on stage from the left . Hopefully this time around my music dose not play up on me which was a bit of a pain last year when it happen at Nats. Noticed that I have got pretty good weather for when I am in Christchurch . Started planing my offseason training and diet which will be starting on the Monday after Nats and hopefully I won't cramp up as much this time around fingers crossed like when I was near home. If I do cramp up will have to add in banana with my post training meal for three days. Which worked the last time around. Will be getting my protein from natural food sources instead of having shakes did that last off season and noticed it made things cheaper cost wise. Instead of spending money on protein shakes.

Dude smoke and mirrors, you've already done this before and just want everyone to suck your dick and then you do a big announcement that you're doing it now and everyone just goes from sucking to deep throating you till they pass out. Heard it before from you.

$20 says you do it.
