Last night spent some time by looking at the photos of me on go figure from my comp on Saturday. Was very happy with my condition and looked better when I did the pans last year. When I got up this morning I thought when I do make my plan up for peak week going to stick with watching peak week videos done by Layne Norton instead of watching random peak week videos on YouTube what I did for wellington figured that would be a better option. When I was resting between sets I thought wonder if the people of Christchurch are ready for the rat. Got most of my comp food ready since I brought back a few packets of rice cakes and peanut butter back with me from wellington. Got gummy bears, jellybeans and marshmallows in my cheat bag and will bring them up with me to Christchurch. One thing that I won't be buying this time around when I do get the rest of my comp food in Christchurch is creamed rice due to the sodium in it.atleast I know now that did not work well for my comp breakfast.

I asked a few people on the street today and they confirmed that they are not ready to smell what the Rat is cooking.

They can't handle the game rat style Bibby.

Gusse I will have give the people of Christchurch a taste of the rats cooking when I do come up for nats. This will be my first visit to Christchurch after the quakes and last visit to Christchurch when I attend the Nabba South islands in 07 which was a while a ago.

Bike 35 minutes

Came up with a new plan for cardio for my prep for nationals after noticing when training quads and doing 30 minutes on the treadmill afterwards figure I best to change things up. My new plan for cardio is Monday treadmill, Tuesday and Wednesday bike, Thursday crosstrainer, Friday treadmill . Quads were fryed after training them for the first time in two weeks was glad that I decided to do the bike for cardio afterwards. When I got off the bike quads were a bit shaky. Looked like a cripple. Posted my entry form for nationals off after I had a shower. Was watching a video on YouTube this morning before heading out the door from the Christchurch grand prix. Noticed that the athletes come on stage from the left and which means that for me will have to change things a bit for my routine for Nats by coming on stage from the left instead of the right what I had do for wellington.

Any reason for the different cardio plans Bibby, or are you just bored of doing the same thing over and over again?

Thought I change things up plus was finding the treadmill a bit hard after training quads also had to hold on to the rails for extra support since my quads were fryed after training quads.

This morning had my first serving of ps whey glazed donuts which I ordered from xplossive supplements on Saturday after my comp. It tastes pretty good. Got my flights booked last night for when I head up to Christchurch on the 8th which isn't to far away and fast approaching as well . Yesterday I was having a look at a old thread on hear about what one eats for there comp breakfast. Noticed that flamer had chocolate rice cakes and coffee. When I was in new world checked out the macros for chocolate rice cakes only 19mg of sodium in them. Thought that's pretty good and better then the creamed rice what I had for my comp breakfast for wellington which didn't work well for me.leaning towards that option or if any of guys have any suggestions on what I could have for my comp breakfast feel free to post them on my journal.
