Are you still as motivated by Kai Greene since he isn't doing the Mr Olympia this year GR ?

Yes I am motivated by Kai green by the war that he speaks and being a laid back dude.

Maybe he should watch your movie to get his motivation back.

Speaks war but is a laid back dude ?

Do you know what contradiction is GR ?

Also I don't think I have ever heard Kai talk about war. He's all about hugs and loving each other for who they are

Yes the muscle contracts when move it like when one is training biceps or any other muscle group

This morning before I went to the last posing practise before comp. Came up with a system for this week for my carb cycling and will be low carb from today to Wednesday ,medium carbs Thursday and Friday when I carb up which I am looking forward to doing and already when I have walked past the jams in the supermarket dreamed about having any type of jam on my rice cakes and don't care what type of jam I have. Was going to train with one of my mates this afternoon until I got a text from him saying that he couldn't make it due to a sore shoulder. Oh well trained chest on my own. Towards the end of the session was feeling a bit stiff around my lower back and did some stretching and used the fom roller as well.

Good job GYMRAT, great to see your continued dedication and enthusiasm for all things bodybuilding and training. It's also good to see some genuine support and constructive critiques from people keen to help you. Hopefully you'll take some of it on board sometime.

Forgive my ignorance, but could you tell me the reason behind not chewing gum in the lead up to your comp and what significance this has in the scheme of it all?

Cheers, keep fighting the fight.

Slept like a log last night after my busy day yesterday. Still sitting at 81kg after I weighed myself before breakfast. Happy with that and figured that I will drop a kg when I drop water on Friday while I am carbing up. Yesterday showed one the tutors at posing practice my carb up plan and they suggested that I had in a protein bar into my last meal of the day. Thought going to add in carb less bits and put that on top of my ice cream which I am looking forward to having. Got two more sessions left in the gym before I fly up on Thursday. Got my routine down and will spend Monday and Tuesday night working on my routine.

When I was thinking about using aspergious as one of the green veggies that I will be using for peak week until I realized that it's not aspergious season bugger. Instead will use the veggies that I mentioned like beans and spinach ,cummber instead . Was going to work on my routine last night thought got my routine down and will wait until Saturday to do it. Manged to sleep for 8/5 hours last night since I need it after I was feeling pretty tired towards the end of the day yesterday with not much energy as well.

i reckon its aspergious season year round haha

if you qualify for nats will you have to continue dieting or will you give yourself a little break ?

I would probably continue dieting since Nats are only three weeks after wellington which isn't too bad unlike compare to last year when it was eight weeks between shows.

Thanks very much guys for your support means a lot to me. Going to keep you guys posted by regular updates like what I am doing to kill time before heading to weigh etc. Got my plans already sorted for game day which is by getting up at six am and watching the opening ceremony for the World Cup then followed by the England and Fiji game. Noticed that the weather while I am in Wellington is going to rain for the time while I am there. Hope my tan dose not wash off after I get tanned on Friday while I out walking around fingers crossed.
