So you're guna be carbing up on "Jams including Nutella" but you now say it's a good source of fats ? Where did you learn nutrition ?

Also did you tell the competition organisers of your suspicion of him using Growth Hormone ? Are you sure he wasn't just fat ?

Thought of that idea by myself with out using any info off the internet ie from bodybuilding.com or any other website. No he was not fat plus he won his class

How are you looking and feeling gym rat, are you where you want to be?

Also, 20 mins isn't a cardio session, it's a warm up.

People at Sunday posing practice have mention to me that I am looking good and feeling good as well. Yes happy with the way that I want to be at two weeks out. As for engery levels they can vary at times where I have lots of engery and towards the end of the day like if it's a low carb after training quads got bugger all engery another that feeling excited about competing in Wellington also planing doing some tourist stuff as well while I am carbing up like Te papa and the war display at the buckle st museum when I am up there figured it would be a good way to past the time before heading to weigh in at les mills extreme . This time around I won't have spend money on a taxi expect for going to the venue on game day

Yesterday being a high carb day my engery levels were feeling and towards the end of the day felt very tried and run down plus my body and mind was thinking sleep. When I got up this morning my engery level were good thought that was werid not having much engery being a high carb day yesterday and my engery levels have been good. Did a dry run of my routine at posing practise this morning . Which was a bit different compare to the last two years where I have just did my routine at the show with out doing a dry run. Started taking oxidane to help flush out any excuse water before I stop taking supplements on Saturday . As for the gum this week going go very hard in the gum department before taking a break from gum during peak week. Noticed that I am bigger this time around since I have had a longer time to train for my comp in Wellington nine months of sold hard training compare to last year only six months of training before I had starting cutting for last years pans. Was telling a few people at posing practise this morning about last year that I was cutting for 25 weeks and they thought far out and I can remember from last year espicaly towards the end of my prep for nats was thinking could someone please give me some McDonald's or anything bad don't care what it is.

Can you define high carb, medium carb and low carb?

Like how many grams of carbs does each day consist of?

Do you add more fats in on low carb days or is a low carb day also a low calorie day?

It's not a suprise to me that you have no energy on a high carb day at all.

Gymrat, carb cycling (if that's what you're doing) needs to be well thought out otherwise you will end up with really low energy levels. When I did it (long time ago) for a very short period of time my energy levels were almost the same everyday because of the fats I was having on the low carb days. I actually think I had no carb days when I would have fats I can't remember exactly. However, My calorie intake was pretty consistent everyday. I planned my big trainings around my high carb days.

Tbh I didn't really rate the principle.

I have four low carb days which are from Sunday to Wednesday which average 220g of carbs per day which is low nothing compare to when I was prepping for nats was having 120g of carbs,medium carbs Thursday and and Friday carbs are about 260g of carbs and Saturday high carbs which are just under 300g of carbs. Keep the fats farly low when I am carb cycling with 40g of fat with a tsp of flaxseed

Ok cool. So what were your carb amounts on those days 6 weeks ago and what was the fats amount then too?

They were pretty much the same and got some powdered peanut butter lying around home which I got in my order from gymeez in February and haven't used it yet might best to start using that to help get in some extra fats in me

Gymrat the idea is to decrease your food as the weeks get closer to the comp. if you keep them the same you won't loose bodyfat unless you are doing more cardio but you aren't doing much cardio.

I think next time you really need to seek some help and put full trust in the person doing your prep and do exactly as they say.

DB incline press 1x15 15kgs,5x12 30kgs,32kgs,35kgs,37kgs,40kgs

Flat dB bench press 4x10 30kgs,32kgs,35kgs, 40kgs

Incline Flys 4x10 20kgs,22kgs,25kgs,27kgs

Cable cross over 4x12 45pps,55pps,65pps,85pps triple drop sets on the last set

Calf press 4x20 5pps,6pps,7pps,7pps

Standing calf raise 3x20 124kg,130kg,150 kg

Treadmill 20 minutes

One week to go

When I got up this morning thought I will make every rep count regardless how heavy the weight is and since I am on the home straight of my prep before starting peak week on Saturday. Weighed myself to see what my weight is a week out down to 80kg happy with that and probably won't weigh myself until next Friday when I go to weigh in and hight check. When I got up to the last set for cable cross overs thought will do a triple drop set by going from 85pps to 25pps to make things more intense and being the second last chest train before game day. Might throw in some triple drop sets for other muscle groups during the week and for the final four sessions in the gym with the last on Wednesday. During the week when I did go into new world to pick up some items and when I walked past the section were the peanut butter and the Nutella is kept and noticed that coco is in Nutella. Stopped for a moment come to think of it will use peanut butter instead of Nutella and save nuttella when I have a cheat day instead

te] yes that would be right and did competed the macros for the peanut butter and the nuttella can't remember the macro diffrence between the peanut butter and the Nutella but the peanut butter had less sugar then the nuttella.

The song that I will be using is linkin park what I have done and this time will be starting my routine off stage when the music starts playing

i think beast builder is going to watch bro so he will film and post. im down to see the rats routine and also the rat takes on wellington round can you smell what the rat is cooking etc

Nice bro and that's right wellington will be smelling the rats cooking when I arrive there next Thursday afternoon
