Workout Plan - Advice Welcomed

Progressing nicely in Squat.
Bench, Press, and Dead also moving slow but steady.

2x5, 1x7 87.5kg -- squat
2x5, 1x8 70kg -- bench

2x5, 1x10 40kg -- press
3x3 120kg -- dead

Dead is v.slow off the ground, but lockout is a breeze. I was hitting sets of 10 at 125kg touch and go.
Decided to deload and work on doing solid reps with a full reset each time.

Hopefully get that 2pl8 squat soon.

Whew, after spotting and loading for BBro I was completely exhausted for days and missed a few workouts.
Last Friday was my Birthday and I decided to treat myself by attempting that 2pl8 squat a couple of weeks earlier than I had planned. Managed to squeeze out 3 reps, which was 2 less than the set of 5 I was hoping for, but is still a massive PB. Stoked!

Will be back to the usual program starting this week.
Also gonna start using a belt on Squats and Deads.

Looking forward to 80kg bench and 3plate dead before Christmas. :)

3 weeks till I leave for Christmas, perfect amount of time to run a Smolov Jr routine on bench!

For the next 3 weeks my routine is going to look something like this:

M                    W                    F                    S
bench 6x6  bench 7x5   bench 8x4   bench 10x3

Squat 3x5   Dead 1x5    Squat 3x5    Deficit Deads

Gonna eat a truck load and after a 1 week deload over christmas hopefully go for a chunky PB
