Hey guys my names Tk and im totally new at this whole body building thing and the forums. Been going to the gym for about 1yr 1/2 just for fitness but after seeing the transformations people have gone through over that amount of time and i would love to see what goals i could achieve. I have just recently started with a PT (4mnths now)who has already done wonders with me from what i was to what i am now but would love any advice, training tips people have to share

Hello TK and welcome. Its amazing what bodybuilding does to your body in a short time isn't it? I am glad you have taken it up and even gladder to have you join us here. A lot of advice can be found in this site. If you have questions, just ask away!
