Deadlift only today

 

Still dealing with blocked sinus so on pills etc. Dont feel sick just stuffy and sore in my face so didnt do anything too extreme

 

Speed Deadlift (just quick as i can)

180 3 x 8 felt good. Hard but good. No grinders

Squat progress

Hips feeling good. This is my last squats for a week cos going on holiday on monday and no room for belt or shoes so when im away might squeeze a bench session or two. 

 

Sinus still a bit stuffy taking pills for it so dont get infection so not feeling 100%

 

Any way todays squats went good

 

60 x 10

100 x 10 belt

140 x 10

160 x 10

180 x 12 wraps. Rep pb probably. In the amrap comp on here i did 160x12 and nearly died. This was rpe 9 prob. Maybe rpe8. 

140 x 8 beltless

100 x 12 

 

Few sets leg ext

Few sets hamstring curl 

 

Done
